The sad thing is, I'm pretty sure resetting the PCM is the last step in the factory service manual for a tranny service...

I'm glad you finally got your car back! I can't imagine being without mine for 51 days.

I would make them clean it, they are the ones who got their nasty mitts all over it. Make them detail the car for the price of on the house.

YEH.... That was only part of the issue. Once I looked under the hood, MORE TROUBLES!!!!!

The Engine cover was just set on top of the engine.
The custom paint work I had personally done to the cover over the radiator area was chipped to He**.
The entire engine compartment was covered in spilt oil/trans. fluid.
Two electrical components were not hooked back up. In fact one had a wire ripped right out of it.

They did offer to detail the magnum, inside and out, but I have already cleaned it up. They have stated that they are willing to fix the paint chips and have stated that they are mailing me "a savings booklet" for money off future oil changes and repairs.

I will take the booklet, but WTF. I think I will ask them for assistance on new tires. Since the Conti's are junk and are in need of being replaced a second time.

Wow... That's too bad. I can't say I'm entirely surprised, as it echoes some of the experiences I've had with dealers as well. They just have no respect for a well-cared-for vehicle.

What dealership was this again? I want to make sure I never go there.
